Product Description

Kleenzyme Man 20000 is a naturally occurring Mannanase enzyme that breaks down polysaccharides made from mannose, which is a simple sugar. In many plants, mannanes in seeds are carbohydrate reserves.

The ability of mannanase to hydrolyse insoluble mannan into a smaller polymer of mannose (oligosaccharide) makes them water soluble that flushes off stain at the time of fabric washing or rinsing. This makes mannanase valuable in laundry or dishwashing detergents.
